PANYNJ Airport Asset Management Consulting ServicesInnovee Consulting LLC is an approved consultant under the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Asset Management Consulting Services Contract (2025–2029). This contract enables Innovee to provide expert aviation asset management, program planning, and project management support on a call-in basis across all Port Authority airports. Services include developing strategic and life-cycle asset management plans, performing condition assessments, conducting risk and cost analyses, implementing Maximo integration and GIS/BIM functionalities, and establishing quality assurance and operational standards. Through this engagement, Innovee supports the Authority’s mission to enhance asset performance, safety, and efficiency while aligning aviation operations with long-term infrastructure goals.
