Innovee Consulting was selected as an awarded contractor under the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Master Retainer Contract to provide Information Technology (IT) consulting services for both Discretionary and Non-Discretionary Work Assignments. Under this 10-year Master Retainer Agreement, Innovee is part of a select pool of qualified consulting firms eligible to support the MTA’s enterprise-wide IT initiatives on an as-needed basis. The contract enables MTA agencies to engage Innovee for a broad range of technology projects through competitive Work Assignments.
Innovee provides support across two primary engagement models:
- Hourly Staffing Services – Supply highly skilled IT professionals and technical specialists to augment MTA project teams, address critical resource needs, fill temporary vacancies, and respond to emergency staffing requirements under the direction of MTA project managers.
- Project and Milestone-Based Services – Delivering end-to-end project management, solution implementation, system development, and technology modernization initiatives with defined deliverables and measurable outcomes.
As an awarded contractor, Innovee Consulting LLC is eligible to provide the MTA with a comprehensive range of IT consulting services across key functional areas, including Business Analysis, Application Development, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Cloud Services, Customer Support, Data Center Operations, Database Administration, Infrastructure, Network Engineering, PeopleSoft Solutions, Project and Program Management, Quality Assurance, Cybersecurity, Systems Administration, Telecommunications, and Technical Documentation. Through these services, Innovee will deliver highly skilled IT professionals and project-based solutions to support the MTA’s technology modernization, operational efficiency, and enterprise IT initiatives.
