NYCDOT wishes to build a modern secure web-based application where users can submit requests for new parking permits, upload documentation necessary to process the requests, and print approved parking permits (“Authorized Parking Application”).
Innovee facilitated brainstorming sessions with focused business groups to identify and capture business and system requirements. Our team produced a solution architecture design which meets functional and non-functional requirements and documented it accordingly.
Innovee worked with NYCDOT to develop a detailed project schedule and work plan, setting top-level checkpoints and specifying gating decisions. Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and Code Walk-through sessions was also a part of the job.
