Background: New York City Department of Homeless Services Facilities and Logistics Division (DHS F&L) has engaged Innovee to upgrade its EAM system to include all new business process configurations, automation, and integrations to meet the current business requirements as well as train the users to support the lead inspection, abatement, and remediation activities.
Approach:
Innovee team performed production fixes and enhancements to the DHS EAM system to meet the current business requirements. We configured a new security group for HRA users and enhanced DHS’s existing custom reports.
Outcome:
The engagement is currently underway. Our EAM consultants made some critical production fixes in the DHS EAM system to make the system operational for DHS F&L EAM users. We successfully loaded the Lead Testing results in the EAM system and continue to work on major configurations and the development of custom reports in the EAM system.
